1. HOW DO I ORDER ITEMS FROM 360VINYL.COM?
Ordering online from 360vinyl.com is very easy. You can browse through our online shop a multiple of ways. We recommend you browse our front page first as we spotlight a lot of our key items for our store on this front page. To stay up on what items we are receiving daily make sure and click on our Daily New Arrivals  page as well. Anytime you have found the exact item that you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart." This will place the item in your "Shopping Cart" and hold it until you are ready to checkout. If you would like to continue shopping click on "Continue Shopping" and this will return you to the catalog of products and you can then browse again. Or you can finish shopping by clicking on "Process Order." At this time you will be walked through the check out process. In order to continue with the checkout process you must register with the site. You will be asked to login or register. If you have already registered on the site enter your username and password. If not registered you will need to login and choose a username and password. Once you are registered your shipping information is saved to make it easier to checkout during future orders with us. When checking out simply follow the directions at each step. You will have the option to pay for an item and have it shipped to a different address or you can have it shipped to the billing address. Be sure to enter all of your information correctly as this will ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
 
2. HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP TO ME?
We ship all orders by UPS and USPS. Prices are dependent on the weight of total order. All below options may not be available depending on shipping address. International shipments will be shipped using UPS or USPS. Prices and time frames will vary depending on country. IF YOU ARE A DOMESTIC CUSTOMER WE RECOMMEND YOU SELECT USPS PRIORITY MAIL FOR SHIPPING AS IT IS THE CHEAPEST AND FASTEST SHIPPING OPTION!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
-USPS Priority Mail: Arrives usually in 2-3 days. Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military address. WE RECOMMEND THIS METHOD OF SHIPPING!
-USPS Media Mail: Arrives usually in 5-7 days. Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military address.
-USPS Parcel Post: Arrives usually in 3-5 days. Delivery to every address in the United States - including PO Boxes and military address.
-USPS Express: Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations-most addresses in the United States - including PO Boxes and military addresses. Delivery to most locations 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays. Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage. Provides signature proof of delivery and tracking information.

-UPS Ground: Arrives usually in 5-7 business days to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
-UPS 3-Day Select: Arrives in 3 business days to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S.
-UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of second business day. Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed. Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.
-UPS Next Day Air: Overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Delivery by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturday if order place before 11AM PST on Friday. Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit. Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Depending on the country you live in our website will usually give you the option of USPS or UPS for shipping. We recommend selecting USPS Airmail when given the option. Typically this is the cheapest method of shipping your order and on average orders will arrive to you around 7-10 business days from when they ship out from us. This of course is an average and we cannot guarantee this will be the case for every order.
 
3. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?
Shipping is determined by how much your package weighs, how you want it shipped, and what the destination address is. The shipping cost is calculated based on these three elements at checkout.
 
4. DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
We have shipped orders all around the world and do so happily. Simply enter your country when asked for shipping info and at checkout our shopping cart will do the rest for shipping charges.
 
5. WHEN DOES 360 VINYL SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
360vinyl.com ships out orders on a daily basis. When your order is received we try to ship your order ASAP. It is possible sometimes to see an order go out the same day that it is ordered. We do ask that you give us 1 to 5 days to ship your order. When your order is shipped you will receive an email stating that your order has shipped to you with a tracking number. Please look at your tracking info to see your approximate arrival date before you contact us on when your package will arrive.
 
6. I JUST DID AN ORDER WITH 360VINYL.COM. I THINK I MESSED UP ON IT!!!!!!
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation from us that we received your order. If you are unsure of anything about your order please feel free to email info@360vinyl.com (include your order number) or call us at 1-888-360-VINYL(8469) . Our crew here is really good at getting back to customers as soon as possible. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR UTMOST CONCERN!!!
 
7. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our return policy is extremely simple. You buy you keep. The only exception to this policy is with clothing we sell. If a clothing item you have bought is the wrong size, we will gladly exchange the same item for a different size. We do not accept returns except for defective items. In those rare cases of a defective item we will replace the defective item with the same item. If you do need to return a defective product you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your defective item. If approved we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and will instruct you from there on how to ship back to us.
 
8. I HAVE ORDERED FROM OTHER ONLINE WEBSITES AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS! WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU GUYS???
360vinyl.com is born out of a real legitimate retail store opened in 1998. We believe in customer service in our shop as well as online and therefore will make every effort to respond back to your emails and questions in a timely fashion.
 
9. DOES 360VINYL.COM SHARE THE INFORMATION IT RECEIVES?
NO!!! We do not share any information that you provide with us with any other business, mailing list, or other service.
 
10. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES 360VINYL.COM ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Your debit card will work as long as it has the Visa or Mastercard symbol on it. We now accept Paypal.
 
11. I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. CAN I STILL ORDER?
Yes you can!! We accept Money Orders and personal US based personal checks for payment. If you are paying with a personal check, please allow 7 business days for the check to clear before we ship your order. In order for your order to be processed please send us an email at orders@360vinyl.com with the items you would like to order along with your name and address. We will send you back an email telling you how much shipping will be. Print out this email and send along with your money order or personal check to the address below. If any of items are out of stock we will adjust your balance by giving you store credit or sending a check with the balance due to you.

12. SOME OF THE VINYL I HAVE PURCHASED IS A LITTLE WARPED. IS THAT DEFECTIVE?
No it isn’t. Anyone who is in the vinyl game knows that vinyl is not perfect. Due to the way some vinyl is pressed, how it is shipped, etc…some vinyl will not be perfectly flat. A good DJ knows how to manipulate his or hers vinyl even if it isn’t perfectly flat. Work it mang!!
 
13. HOW SECURE IS IT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
360vinyl.com will maintain practices and procedures designed to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of customer information. We restrict and limit access to customer information only to those employees of 360vinyl.com who need it to carry out their business functions. We educate our employees about safeguarding customer information and preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. When credit card information is transmitted online, 360vinyl.com uses industry standard security measures called 128-bit encryption SSL (secure socket layer encryption). 360vinyl.com will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological improvements that are designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of customer information.
 
14. IS THERE SALES TAX ADDED?
NO!! Our business is located in a state that has no sales tax!! That’s right. No matter where you live you will not be charged any sales tax on orders with us.
