It's a 12" this time from a couple of guys in San Diego called Dub Traffik Control. The A side is more reggae and dub influenced while the B side is more Latin/Cali soul/sunshine psychedelia with breaks. It's a throwback to the kind of sampledelic Coldcut/Steinski/early DJ Food mash up, rather than your typical downtempo sound. It's funky and real sample heavy from a lot of sources, real chop up style shit.
